BASIS OF SALE
When you click on Checkout you offer to buy the Goods at the prices indicated including any delivery charges that apply to your purchase.
All orders will be subject to these conditions.
If your order is accepted, a confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided when placing your order. As the confirmation is sent to you automatically, an error may have been made of which we are not aware despite our best efforts. Because of this, we retain the right to cancel the order as set out under the "Cancellation and returns" heading.
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER
Your order becomes binding as soon as we have accepted it, subject to your rights of cancellation.
Your order will be accepted as soon as we have confirmed your order. Our acceptance of your order is conditional on the availability of the Products you have ordered. If any of the Products you have ordered are unavailable, or should events occur beyond our reasonable control, we reserve the right to cancel your order without liability. In such circumstances we shall let you know as soon as possible.
CANCELLATION AND RETURN
We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase(s) but if for any reason you wish to return an item we provide a 7 day period starting from the day after the item(s) are delivered in which you can return your purchase. You must notify us by email to email@example.com with your order number and item you wish to send back before returning it to us. All items must be returned in a saleable, non-opened condition. A refund will then be issued within 30 days.
Postage, packing and returns postage are direct costs and we regret that they cannot be refunded.
We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit that are returned to us. It is your responsibility to return the item(s) to us, we therefore recommend that you send the package by Recorded / Special Delivery.
Claims for faulty items/breakages must be made to www.thekidspartyshop.com by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Claims must be within 48 hours of receipt. The damaged item(s) will need to be returned to us with all the original packing and parts. Postage costs incurred by the customer in order to send it back to us will be refunded. A replacement will then be sent out (subject to stock availability) or if not available then a refund will be given which will include the postage cost originally paid by the customer. Refunds will be issued within 30 days.

No order is binding on you or www.thekidspartyshop.com until we have accepted it. You will own the items we supply you from the moment they are put in the hands of the postal service, or with our carriers, or on payment in full of the price of the Goods and any delivery charge, whichever is later.
It is the policy of www.thekidspartyshop.com to ensure all goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that every precaution is taken to protect the integrity of the Product that is sold.
These terms and conditions cannot be varied by you or us unless made in writing and signed by both parties.
