We accept payment by all major credit or debit cards via our secure server or by Paypal, a secure payment gateway.
We offer free postage on all mainland UK deliveries with orders of £65 or over. Orders under this value are charged at a flat p&p rate of £3.95 for all mainland UK deliveries. We also offer a next day UK mainland service for £9.95. EU Delivery charge on all orders is £20.00 and deliveries to the rest of the world is £45.00. Goods will be sent within 2 - 7 working days of order being placed.
We try to recyle our packaging materials as much as possible and from time to time will reuse existing packing boxes. We don't include a charge for any packaging - just the postal costs and packing time!
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
We guarantee your satisfaction. Any complaints will be promptly dealt with by our Customer Service Team. Please check all goods carefully on receipt for damage or breakage. It is important that any problems are documented when signing for your package(s) on receipt. This will aid any relevant insurance claim. The www.thekidspartyshop.com do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.

c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes
If items are received damaged then we must be contacted within 48 hours of delivery to discuss what is wrong with the item(s). Where possible, please document any damage when signing for receipt of the product. The damaged item(s) will need to be returned to us with all the original packing and parts. Postage costs incurred by the customer in order to send it back to us will be refunded. A replacement will then be sent out (subject to stock availability) or if not available then a refund will be given which will include the postage cost originally paid by the customer. Refunds will be issued within 30 days.
If you are unhappy with a product, for a reason other than damage, please inform us within 7 days and arrange for the product to be returned to us in good condition in its original packaging. We will then reimburse you for the cost of the product (excluding delivery cost.)
